As we move into 2016, we have already seen numerous blog articles from analysts and experts predicting growth in the construction industry.  Construction Dive talked with experts in different sectors of the construction industry to find out their predictions on the top industry trends – from technology trends and prefabrication to labor shortages and homebuyer preference – all with high hopes that 2016 will bring strong demand and booming business.  Here are their top ten:

  4.  BIM will become a necessity, and owner interest in the technology will grow
